IMPORTANT NOTES Refund and Returns Policy


Unfortunately, imperfections, blemishes and color variations are completely unavoidable when buying 100% authentic crystals. Please understand that we take great care in sourcing high quality crystals and natural products. We personally take the time to hand pick as many pieces as possible , but the reality is that natural crystals/ products, they do contain blemishes. This is why we ensure to take high quality pictures of all our crystals/ natural products to avoid any misrepresentation. Crystals come from our earth, and just like us , crystals are not perfect. Rest assured, we will gladly provide additional pictures or videos at your request. Otherwise please keep in mind once you have made your purchase the sale is finale and you accept as-is condition.



Unfortunately, due to the nature of the business we do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations. All sales are FINAL. and we do not replace, reimburse or apply store credit for crystals / natural products that contain blemishes or color variations.

In the event we do agree on any return or refund, it is the buyers responsibility to provide pictures/videos. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Damages, Lost Package Wrong Items or Exchanges

If you receive an item that has been damaged you will be required to provide pictures and videos of damages. If we feel applicable , we may issue store credit or send a replacement. We will contact shipping courier to start the claims process.

Missing, lost or stolen packages will not be refunded unless we receive compensation from claims/ shipping courier, only then we can provide you with a refund. We will contact shipping courier to start a claim.

We will not refund, exchange or apply store credit for crystals or natural products that contain blemishes or color variations.

If you receive the wrong items , contact us immediately , with pictures and we will either, send out the correct items, refund you or apply store credit to your account.


Shipping returns

To return your product, please email us for shipping information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We highly recommend using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
