- Prepare your space. Choose a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Clear the area of clutter and, if you wish, cleanse the energy using sound, smoke, or simply by opening a window and setting a conscious intention for the space.
- Set your intention. Hold the candle in both hands and take a few slow breaths. Bring to mind what you are calling in — confidence, clarity, courage, or a reconnection to your personal power. Let that intention settle into the candle before you place it in a holder.
- Light the candle with awareness. As you strike the flame, do so deliberately. Watch the fire catch and take a moment to acknowledge it as a reflection of your own inner fire beginning to stir.
- Meditate or work with an affirmation. Sit comfortably and focus softly on the flame. You may repeat an affirmation silently or aloud, such as: "I am confident in who I am. I trust my inner wisdom. I act with clarity and purpose." Allow the warmth of the candle and the scent to anchor you in the present moment.
- Close your ritual. When the candle has burned out naturally, take a moment of gratitude. You may journal any thoughts or feelings that arose, carry the intention with you into your day, or simply sit in stillness for a few breaths before returning to your regular activities.
