This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Zen Collection.
Zen Collection is a family-run business, operated by just two people. As our community continues to grow rapidly, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we carefully prepare each order with attention and care.
Handling Time & Order Processing
Handling Time:
3–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit Time:
3–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
Order Cut-Off Time:
12:00 AM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Toronto)
Handling time is an estimate and not a guarantee. While many orders ship within this timeframe, some items may require additional time due to being made to order, inventory replenishment, or high order volume.
Weekends and holidays are not included in handling or transit times.
Shipping Costs (Canada)
Orders $0.00 – $99.99: Flat rate shipping of $13.50
Orders $100.00 and over: Free shipping
Shipping Times (Canada)
Once dispatched, average delivery within Canada is 3–9 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, weather conditions, and destination.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take time to appear after the shipping label is created.
Address Accuracy
It is 100% the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
Zen Collection is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Undelivered & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs required to send the order again.
Delays
Zen Collection is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or high shipping volumes.
Transit times do not include weekends or holidays.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a carrier marks an order as delivered, the shipment is considered complete. Zen Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
We strongly recommend shipping to a secure delivery location.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before a shipping label has been purchased.
Once a shipping label is created, the order is considered in processing and cannot be cancelled.
