Return & Refund Policy
At Zen Collection, we take pride in offering thoughtfully selected, personal, and often intuitively chosen items. Because of the nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are subject to approval.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- A return request must be approved before the item is sent back
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Books
- Tarot and oracle decks
- Weighted eye pillows & meditation cushions
- Crystal massagers
- Gua sha and personal care tools
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom, special-order, or personalized items
Natural Crystal Characteristics & Color Variations
Zen Collection sells authentic, natural crystals. As such, variations in color, surface texture, inclusions, pits, lines, growth marks, and minor chips are natural characteristics of stone and are not considered defects.
Minor chips, surface marks, or natural edge wear that do not affect the integrity or use of the item are normal and expected and are not grounds for returns, refunds, or discounts.
We make every effort to photograph and describe noticeable features, markings, or characteristics, especially when selling an exact piece. However, due to the natural nature of crystals and limitations of photography, not every detail or natural characteristic may be visible in images or descriptions.
Please note that crystal colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, device type, lighting conditions, and color calibration. Variations in color due to screen display differences are not considered defects and are not grounds for returns or refunds.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We require clear photos to process these claims, including:
- The item(s) received
- The outer shipping box
- All internal packaging materials
- The shipping label
Claims submitted without photos or outside the 48-hour window may not be accepted.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If a return is approved, refunds are issued as store credit only, unless otherwise stated.
Exchanges are not processed directly. Customers may place a new order using their store credit once issued.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
Approved store credit or refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
