To use your Blue Mullein and Sage Stick, hold one end and carefully light the tip using a candle flame or lighter, allowing it to catch and then gently blowing out the flame so the bundle smolders slowly. Hold it over a heat-safe dish or abalone shell to catch any falling ash as you move through your space. Walk slowly from room to room, allowing the smoke to drift into corners, along doorways, and near windows where energy tends to settle. You can also hold the bundle near your body—moving it around your aura from feet to head—to help shift and refresh your personal energy field. When you're finished, press the lit end firmly into sand, salt, or a fireproof dish to extinguish it fully, and never leave a burning bundle unattended at any point during use.
Always burn in a well-ventilated space, keeping a window or door open to allow air to circulate and the smoke to move freely. Use only on a heat-resistant, fire-safe surface, and keep the bundle well away from children, pets, curtains, and anything flammable. Allow the stick to cool completely before storing it.
