To use your Cedar, Orange and Cinnamon Bundle, hold it at a slight downward angle and carefully light the tip using a lighter or match. Allow the flame to catch for a few seconds, then gently blow it out so the bundle begins to smolder and release smoke. Hold it over a heat-safe dish or abalone shell to catch any falling ash as you move through your space. Walk slowly through each room, allowing the smoke to drift into corners, along doorways, and throughout the areas you want to refresh and reset. You can also hold the bundle near your body, starting at your feet and moving upward, if you are looking to shift your personal energy after a draining or stressful day.
Always burn your bundle in a well-ventilated space — open a window or door to allow the energy and smoke to move freely. Keep the bundle away from children, pets, curtains, paper, and any other flammable materials. Never leave a burning bundle unattended, and when you are finished, press the lit end firmly into a heat-safe dish, sand, or salt to extinguish it completely. Do not use water to put it out, as this can make the bundle difficult to relight for future use. Store it in a cool, dry place between uses.
