General Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

For certain items, the original packaging will be required as part of the carrier’s investigation if there are issues such as damage during shipping.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for health, hygiene, or authenticity reasons. These include but are not limited to:

Crystals or natural products with authentic and naturally occurring imperfections (these imperfections are a testament to their authenticity and uniqueness)

Damages and Issues
We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please:

For items damaged during shipping, retaining the original packaging is essential, as it may be required for the carrier’s investigation.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not processed directly. If your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase using store credit issued for the returned item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union Customers
