To use your Pure Eucalyptus Bundle, hold it at a slight downward angle and carefully light the tip using a match or lighter. Allow the end to catch a small flame, then gently blow it out so the bundle begins to smolder and release its aromatic herbal smoke. Once it's going, slowly move the bundle around the room, along doorways and corners, or around your body from feet to head, allowing the crisp eucalyptus fragrance to drift through the space. Always burn your bundle on or over a heat-safe dish or abalone shell to catch any falling embers, keep a window or door open for proper ventilation, and never leave a lit or smoldering bundle unattended. Keep it well away from children, pets, curtains, and any other flammable materials.
Before you begin, take a moment to set a clear intention for your practice. This might be as simple as mentally stating what you want to shift — releasing tension after a difficult day, refreshing a room after an emotional conversation, or creating a focused, calm environment before meditation or breathwork. Hold the bundle for a moment before lighting it and let that intention guide how you move through your space. When you're finished, press the lit end firmly into a heat-safe dish filled with sand or salt to fully extinguish it — do not use water, as this can damage the bundle for future use. Check that it is completely out before leaving the area. A single bundle can be used multiple times, so store it in a dry place between uses.
