To use your Pure Pine Bundle, hold one end and carefully light the tip using a match or lighter, allowing it to catch a small flame before gently blowing it out so the bundle smoulders and releases its natural pine smoke. Always burn your bundle over a fire-safe, heat-resistant dish or abalone shell to catch any falling ash, and make sure you are working in a well-ventilated space by opening a window or door. Never leave a burning bundle unattended, and keep it well away from children, pets, drafts, and any flammable materials. When you are finished, press the lit end firmly against your heat-safe dish to extinguish it fully, and allow it to cool completely before setting it down or storing it away.
To shift the energy in a room, start at the front door and move slowly through your space in a circular path, allowing the pine smoke to drift into corners, along walls, and near windows where stagnant energy tends to settle. Hold the dish beneath the bundle at all times to catch ash as you move. Pine works especially well when you are moving into a new home, resetting a space after tension or stress, or simply refreshing the energy of a room that feels heavy or dull. You can also pass the smoke gently around your own body, starting at your feet and moving upward, to help ground your energy and restore a sense of stability.
