- Choose a quiet time when you will not be interrupted. Clear your space physically — tidy the area around you, open a window briefly if possible, and remove anything that feels cluttered or heavy.
- Gather your candle holders and place them in a line or a small arc in front of you. Have a journal or a blank piece of paper nearby in case something arises that you want to capture.
- Sit quietly for a few moments with your hands resting in your lap. Breathe slowly and ask yourself: what have I been longing to create, explore, or begin? Let the answer come without judgment.
- Light the white candle first to purify your space and your mind. As you light it, speak aloud or silently: "I release what is stale. I clear the way for something new."
