This ritual is an act of devotion to yourself. Set aside time when you will not be interrupted, and approach it slowly and with intention. No instruction card is included with this set, so use this guide to lead you through your practice.
- Prepare your space by tidying the area where you will work. Dim the lights, play soft music if it helps you settle, and place your three chime candles in secure holders on a stable, heat-safe surface. You may also wish to have a journal nearby.
- Sit quietly for a moment before lighting anything. Place both hands over your heart and take three slow, deep breaths. Allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment.
- Light the white candle first to cleanse and open the space. As the flame catches, speak aloud or silently: I release everything that has told me I am not enough. I welcome clarity and a fresh beginning.
- Light the pink candle next to invite compassion into your heart. Say: I am gentle with myself. I am worthy of love exactly as I am, in this moment, without condition.
- Light the red candle last to ground your intentions in strength and self-worth. Say: I am rooted in my own value. I honour my needs, my energy, and my place in this world.
- Sit with the three flames for as long as feels right. You may journal, meditate, or simply breathe and receive. If a thought arises that feels unkind toward yourself, acknowledge it without judgment and let it pass.
- When you are ready to close the ritual, extinguish the candles safely — snuffing rather than blowing is preferred, as it is considered gentler for the intention. Offer yourself a final moment of gratitude: Thank you for showing up for yourself today.
- You may repeat this ritual across multiple sessions, lighting each candle in the same order until they have burned completely.
