To use your Cleanse and Recharge Kit as a complete ritual practice, begin by gathering your tools and preparing your space. Place your herbs or resin on a heat-safe surface before lighting — a ceramic dish, abalone shell, or fire-safe bowl works well. If you are working with loose resin, you will need a charcoal disk: use tongs to hold the disk while lighting it, allow it to fully ash over before adding your resin, and keep in mind that the disk becomes extremely hot. For bundled herbs, light the tip, allow it to catch, then gently blow out the flame so it smolders slowly. Always ensure the room is well ventilated by opening a window or door, never leave burning materials unattended, and keep everything away from children, pets, and any flammable materials nearby.
Once your herbs or resin are ready, move intentionally through your space, allowing the rising element to reach corners, doorways, and areas where energy feels heavy or stagnant. Hold the intention of shifting the energy in the room — visualize anything that no longer serves you dissolving and being replaced with clarity and calm. To refresh your crystals using the kit, hold each stone in the rising energy for a moment, or place them near your burning tools while you work. If your kit includes a spray or water element, mist it around the room or lightly anoint your wrists, the back of your neck, or your crystal collection directly.
For a more intentional ritual, take a few moments before you begin to set a clear purpose — whether that is resetting the space after a difficult day, preparing for meditation, or recharging your crystals before use. Sit quietly once your tools are burning or applied, breathe deeply, and allow the ritual to support your focus rather than rushing through it. When you are finished, fully extinguish all materials in sand or water and ensure nothing is still smoldering before leaving the area.
