Choose it by the fabric design, herb option and kind of warm or cool comfort you want. No crystals, gemstone chips or hidden extras are included.
For warm use
Microwave in short 20-second intervals only. Check the temperature and redistribute the flaxseed between every interval. Stop as soon as it feels comfortably warm. Never overheat or leave the product unattended while heating. Test before placing it against the body.
For cool use
Place inside a sealed bag before putting it in the freezer. Cool only for the time needed and do not store it in the freezer for extended periods. Test the temperature before use.
To use
Use either piece only when its temperature feels comfortably warm or cool. Do not tie or fasten the neck wrap, and do not wear the eye pillow while walking, driving or doing anything that requires vision. Remove either piece immediately if it feels too hot, too cold, uncomfortable, damp, damaged or gives off a scorched odour.
To clean
Remove and wash the outer cover only, then hang dry. Do not wash, soak or submerge the flaxseed-and-herb insert. Do not use again until the outer cover is completely dry.
