To use your Satya Sandalwood Incense stick, hold the coated tip to a flame and allow it to catch for a few seconds until you see a small ember glowing at the end. Gently blow out the flame so the stick continues to smoulder and releases its warm, sacred smoke. Set your incense stick securely in a proper incense holder placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface, positioning it in your meditation space, on your altar, or anywhere you wish to invite a sense of calm and grounding. Allow the rich sandalwood fragrance to naturally drift through your space for the full burn of approximately 45 minutes.
Safety is an important part of any mindful ritual. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated room to allow fresh air to circulate alongside the fragrant smoke. Never leave burning incense unattended, and ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving the room or falling asleep.
