Hold a flame to the tip for a few seconds until it catches, then gently blow out the flame so the tip glows softly and a steady stream of fragrant smoke begins to rise. Find a comfortable place nearby, take a few slow, deep breaths, and allow the sweet, grounding aroma to settle around you. There is no need to rush — let the smoke move naturally through your space as you ease into your practice.
Please burn your incense with care and mindfulness. Always use a proper, stable incense holder placed on a heat-safe surface, and never leave burning incense unattended. Burn in a well-ventilated room to allow fresh air to circulate alongside the aromatic smoke. Keep lit incense away from children, pets, curtains, paper, and any other flammable materials. If you need to extinguish the stick before it has fully burned, press the glowing tip gently against a fireproof surface until it no longer glows, and store the remainder safely for your next ritual.
