To begin your chakra alignment ritual, place one Satya Seven Chakra incense stick securely in a heat-safe incense holder on a stable, flat surface. Using a lighter or match, gently ignite the very tip of the stick and allow it to hold a small flame for approximately 10 to 15 seconds. Once the tip glows orange and a steady stream of smoke begins to rise, softly blow out the flame. The stick will continue to smoulder and release its beautiful, layered fragrance throughout your practice. Allow the smoke to drift naturally through your space, carrying its harmonizing energy as you settle into stillness.
As with all forms of burning incense, safety is an important part of your practice. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated room to allow fresh air to circulate alongside the fragrant smoke. Use only a proper, heat-safe incense holder that is designed to catch falling ash and keep your surfaces protected. Never leave burning incense unattended, and ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving the room or going to sleep. Keep lit incense well out of reach of children and pets, and place your holder away from curtains, paper, fabric, and any other flammable materials. A mindful, safe environment supports the sacred energy you are creating.
