Some of our service providers operate or store information outside Ontario or outside Canada, including in the United States and other countries.
As a result, personal information may be processed in jurisdictions with different privacy laws and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement agencies, or regulatory authorities in those jurisdictions where permitted by law.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide Services, maintain business and transaction records, meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution requirements, and enforce applicable agreements.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why it is needed.

15. Zen OS and Google API Data
Zen Collection uses Zen OS, an internal business operations and automation system, to connect and manage authorized business services, including Google services such as Google Ads.
Google data we may access. When Zen Collection authorizes a Google connection, Zen OS may access business account information available through the approved Google APIs, such as Google Ads campaign settings, advertising performance, search and keyword data, conversion reporting, account settings, and related operational information. Zen OS accesses only the Google data permitted by the scopes and permissions authorized for the connection.
How we use Google data. We use Google data to operate, analyze, troubleshoot, automate, report on, and improve Zen Collection’s own advertising, ecommerce, and business systems. We do not sell Google user data or use it for unrelated third-party advertising purposes.
Storage and protection. Google data may be processed or stored in systems used by Zen Collection and service providers acting on our behalf to provide authorized automation, hosting, data storage, analytics, security, and reporting functions. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers that need the information to provide those functions. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information involved.
Sharing. We do not disclose Google user data to third parties for their own unrelated purposes. We may disclose it to service providers acting on our behalf where reasonably necessary to operate Zen OS and the connected services, or where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
Retention and deletion. We retain Google user data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the authorized business purposes described above, subject to applicable legal, security, audit, and record-keeping requirements. Authorized users may revoke Google access through their Google Account permissions. Revocation stops future authorized access. Requests concerning deletion of Google user data may be sent to info@zencollection.ca, subject to any information we must retain for legitimate legal, security, or record-keeping purposes.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
