To use your Eucalyptus Energy Cleansing Stick, place a heat-safe dish or incense burner on a stable, flat surface in a well-ventilated room. Hold the tip of the stick at a slight angle and light it until a small flame catches, then gently blow it out so the eucalyptus begins to smolder slowly. Open a window or door before you begin to allow stagnant energy and old air to move out of the space — this is an important step both for air quality and for the energy shift you are inviting in. Never leave a burning stick unattended, and always keep it away from children, pets, curtains, and anything flammable. When you are finished, press the lit end firmly into your heat-safe dish until it is fully extinguished, and allow it to cool completely before storing or discarding.

You can guide the smoke around doorways, corners, and areas that feel heavy or stale — these spots tend to hold onto energy longer than open spaces.
