The Book of Answers
25 years and over 1 million copies in print: An updated, repackaged edition of the bestselling divination tool and party favorite – ask a yes or no question, open the book, find your answer.
Should you ask your boss for a raise? Call that cutie you met at a party? Sell your Google stock? Tell your best friend her boyfriend’s cheating?
The answer to these questions (and hundreds of others) is in this fun and weirdly wise little book that’s impossible to put down. It’s simple to use: just hold it closed in your hands and concentrate on your question for a few seconds. While visualizing or speaking your question, place one palm down on the book’s front and stroke the edge of the pages back to front. When you sense the time is right, open to the page your fingers landed on and there is your answer!
Fun, satisfying, and a lot less time-consuming than asking everyone you know for advice.

The Book of Answers by Carol Bolt is a beautifully simple oracle that invites you to slow down, get clear, and trust what you already know. Rather than overwhelming you with complex symbolism or lengthy passages, this pocket-sized guide meets you exactly where you are — with a single focused question and a direct, honest response. Its 400 pages of short, intuitive answers create a quiet ritual of stillness and discernment, making each consultation feel like a conversation with your own deeper wisdom. Whether you are navigating a relationship crossroads, weighing a career decision, or simply seeking a gentle nudge in the right direction, this book offers a grounding moment of clarity in the middle of everyday life.
This book is a wonderful companion for anyone beginning their journey with divination, as the ritual is easy to learn and immediately rewarding — there is no steep learning curve, only an open mind and a sincere question. Experienced intuitives and spiritual practitioners will also find genuine value here, weaving it into tarot readings, pendulum work, or journaling routines as a clear binary anchor that complements more layered tools. It speaks especially to those who tend to overthink or second-guess themselves, offering a gentle but firm invitation to pause the mental chatter and listen inward. If you are in a season of transition — a new chapter, a big decision, or a period of personal growth — The Book of Answers can become a trusted part of your daily spiritual practice.
Walking away from regular use of this book, readers often find themselves more attuned to their intuition, more confident in their inner knowing, and more practiced at the art of asking the right question. The simple act of forming a clear, focused question is itself a powerful exercise in self-awareness, and over time this builds a deeper relationship with your own discernment. Paired with a journal and a few quiet minutes each day, The Book of Answers becomes less a novelty and more a genuine spiritual tool — one that quietly strengthens your trust in yourself and your connection to higher guidance with every page you open.

Shipping: Some products require additional processing time because they may be handmade or individually prepared, sourced through one of our suppliers or distributors, or otherwise require additional preparation before dispatch.
This can include, but is not limited to, tarot and oracle decks, books, select singing bowls and other sound-healing instruments, handmade bracelets and malas, and other supplier-sourced or individually prepared products.
Supplier-sourced products may be fulfilled from Zen Collection's available inventory or sourced through one of our suppliers or distributors after your order is placed. When a supplier-sourced item is not physically on hand, please allow approximately 3–15 business days before dispatch, excluding weekends and holidays. This is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery timeframe.
Handmade bracelets, malas, and other handmade or individually prepared products may also require additional processing time for making, assembling, sizing, restringing, finishing, or other preparation before they are ready to dispatch.
Website availability or an “In Stock” status may include inventory available through our supplier or distributor network and does not necessarily mean the item is physically on hand at our Barrie store or ready for immediate dispatch.
Supplier inventory and lead times can change without notice. Products may occasionally become temporarily unavailable, backordered, allocated, delayed, discontinued, reprinted, revised, repackaged, or otherwise affected by supplier-side changes.
During holidays, promotional periods, high-volume sales events, supplier delays, or other periods of increased demand, sourcing, handmade preparation, order processing, and dispatch may take longer than the usual estimates.
Carrier transit time is additional and begins only after your order has been dispatched. Carrier delivery estimates are also not guaranteed by Zen Collection.
If your purchase is a gift, needed for a specific date, or otherwise time-sensitive, please contact Zen Collection before placing your order. We strongly recommend ordering well in advance rather than waiting until the last minute.
Zen Collection cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date and does not accept rush-order requests or guarantee priority sourcing, making, preparation, or processing.
