This ritual is an invitation to move through your energy body with care and intention. You may work with all seven candles in a single session or focus on one chakra at a time as your intuition guides you. Take your time with each flame.

1. Prepare your space. Clear the area where you will be working — physically and energetically. You may use sound, smoke, or simply your breath and intention to settle the energy. Dim the lights if possible and remove distractions.
2. Set your intention. Sit quietly for a few moments before lighting anything. Take three slow, deep breaths and ask yourself what you most need to bring into balance. You may journal this or simply hold it in your awareness.
3. Arrange your candles. Place the seven candles in order from root to crown — red, orange, yellow, green, light blue, indigo, violet — either in a straight line or in a pattern that feels meaningful to you. Use appropriate candle holders for safety.
4. Light the red candle first. As you light it, speak aloud or silently: I am safe. I am grounded. I belong here. Breathe into the base of your spine and feel the earth beneath you.
5. Light the orange candle. Speak: I flow with life. I honour my emotions and my creativity. Breathe into your lower abdomen.
6. Light the yellow candle. Speak: I stand in my power. I trust myself to act with courage and clarity. Breathe into your solar plexus.
7. Light the green candle. Speak: I am open to love. I give and receive with an open heart. Breathe into the centre of your chest.
8. Light the light blue candle. Speak: I speak my truth with kindness and confidence. My voice matters. Breathe into your throat.
9. Light the indigo candle. Speak: I trust my inner knowing. I see clearly with wisdom and compassion. Breathe into the space between your brows.
10. Light the violet candle. Speak: I am connected to something greater. I am held, guided, and whole. Breathe up through the crown of your head and feel the full length of your energy body illuminated.
11. Sit in stillness. With all seven candles burning, rest in the light for as long as feels right. You may meditate, breathe, or simply be present. Let the flames do their work.
12. Close the ritual. When you are ready to end your session, extinguish each candle from crown to root — violet down to red — as a gesture of gently returning to the present moment. Express gratitude for the energy that moved through you, and carry that sense of alignment with you into your day.
