Scent Note: Scent is a deeply personal experience — what smells bold and earthy to one person may feel light and sweet to another. Every nose is different, and that is completely normal. Scent intensity and character may also vary slightly between batches due to the handcrafted nature of these incense products. If you have ordered multiple scents, we recommend storing and airing each box in a separate area, as aromas can mingle during shipping.
To use Hem Raspberry Incense sticks, simply hold the coated tip to a flame until it catches, then gently blow out the flame and allow the tip to glow. Rest the stick securely in an appropriate incense holder — one that catches the ash as it falls — and place it on a stable, heat-safe surface. As the smoke begins to rise, take a slow breath and allow yourself to arrive fully in the moment. These sticks burn beautifully on their own, making them a simple and accessible addition to any daily practice or sacred ritual.
As with all incense, please burn Hem Raspberry in a well-ventilated space to allow fresh air to circulate comfortably. Never leave burning incense unattended, and always keep it well out of reach of children and pets. Ensure your holder is placed away from curtains, fabrics, paper, or any other flammable materials, and on a surface that will not be damaged by heat. A little mindfulness around safety allows you to relax fully into your practice.
Raspberry incense is a lovely companion for sacral chakra work, inviting warmth, creativity, and emotional flow into your space. Before lighting, take a moment to set a clear intention — whether you are sitting in meditation, journaling, practicing breathwork, or simply creating a nurturing atmosphere at home. You might visualize a soft, glowing orange light at the centre of your belly as the smoke drifts upward, supporting your connection to feeling, pleasure, and vitality. Let the gentle, fruity sweetness of the smoke serve as a sensory anchor, drawing you back into your body and into the present moment throughout your ritual.
