Cedar and White Sage Sticks
If your space has been feeling tense, heavy, or just off after a rough week, it's worth doing something about it before it drags on longer. Cedar and White Sage Sticks are one of the most straightforward ways to clear that out — cedar grounds and protects your energy while sage lifts the stagnant stuff that's been sitting in the room. Light one, move through your space, and notice the difference. Check the tabs below for full details on how to use them.
Pairs well with
Type: Herbal Bundle (Cedar and White Sage)
Size: Approximately 4 inches in length. Sizes may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of each bundle.
Origin: Traditionally sourced from North America. Exact origin may vary by harvest season and supplier.
Scent Profile: A warm, grounding blend — cedar brings a rich, woody, forest-like aroma, while white sage adds a sharp, herbaceous, and cleansing quality. Together they create a deeply earthy and purifying smoke.
Burn Time: Varies depending on use. Bundles are typically lit, allowed to smoulder briefly, then gently fanned or extinguished and reused across multiple sessions.
Ingredients / Contents: Dried cedar leaves and dried white sage leaves, hand-bound together.
Natural Variation: As a natural product, each piece will vary slightly in size, shape, weight, and colour. This is part of its beauty and authenticity — no two are exactly alike.
Safety Warning: Always burn in a well-ventilated area. Use a heat-safe dish or proper holder. Never leave burning products unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and all flammable materials. Extinguish fully after use.

To use your Cedar and White Sage Stick, hold one end and carefully light the other tip using a candle flame or lighter. Allow the flame to catch for a few seconds, then gently blow it out so the bundle begins to smolder and release its aromatic smoke. Hold the stick over a heat-safe dish, abalone shell, or incense burner at all times to catch any falling ash, and keep a window or door open to allow fresh air to circulate and carry the released energy out of the space. Never leave a burning bundle unattended, and keep it well away from children, pets, and any flammable materials.
To reset the energy in a room, walk slowly through your space holding the bundle, moving it in gentle sweeping motions along walls, corners, and doorways — these areas tend to hold heavier or stagnant energy. For personal energy work, pass the bundle around your body from feet to head, focusing on areas where you feel tension or heaviness. When you are finished, press the lit end firmly into a heat-safe surface or sand-filled dish to extinguish it fully. Allow the bundle to cool completely before setting it down or storing it.
Before you begin, take a moment to set a clear intention for what you would like to shift, refresh, or invite into your space. This could be as simple as a quiet breath and a focused thought — grounding yourself before you start makes the practice feel more purposeful and personal. Cedar and White Sage work beautifully alongside crystals placed around your home, a short meditation session, or a journaling practice afterward to reflect on how your energy feels once the space has been cleared. Whether you use it as part of a dedicated ritual or simply to refresh a room after a difficult day, this bundle is a grounding and practical tool for supporting your wellbeing.
