To use your Pure Rosemary Bundle, begin by opening a window or door to allow fresh air to flow through the space — good ventilation is essential when burning any dried herbs. Hold one end of the bundle and use a lighter or match to carefully ignite the tip, letting it catch a small flame before gently blowing it out so the bundle smolders and releases its aromatic smoke. Hold the bundle over a heat-safe dish, abalone shell, or ceramic bowl at all times to catch any falling ash, and never set it down on an unprotected surface. Keep burning bundles away from children, pets, curtains, and anything flammable, and always stay present — never leave a lit or smoldering bundle unattended. When you are finished, press the lit end firmly into sand or soil to fully extinguish it.
To use your bundle intentionally, start by taking a few slow breaths to settle your mind and bring your focus to the present moment. Think about what you would like to shift or release — whether that's lingering stress, mental clutter, or a heavy atmosphere in your home.
