Why customers choose the set: The eye pillow creates a quiet, light-blocking pause while the neck wrap offers comforting weight across the shoulders. Both pieces can be warmed or cooled, giving you one coordinated set for rest, meditation, tired eyes and achy muscles.
Choose Lavender, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Chamomile or Unscented to suit your preferences. These pillows are made for comfort and self-care; they do not diagnose, treat or prevent headaches, migraines, muscle injury, sleep disorders or any medical condition.
No crystals or gemstones are inside. Both pieces are filled with natural flaxseed plus the natural herb selected, or flaxseed only when Unscented is chosen.
For warm use
Microwave in short 20-second intervals only. Check the temperature and redistribute the flaxseed between every interval. Stop as soon as it feels comfortably warm. Never overheat or leave the product unattended while heating. Test before placing it against the body.
For cool use
Place inside a sealed bag before putting it in the freezer. Cool only for the time needed and do not store it in the freezer for extended periods. Test the temperature before use.
To use
Use either piece only when its temperature feels comfortably warm or cool. Do not tie or fasten the neck wrap, and do not wear the eye pillow while walking, driving or doing anything that requires vision. Remove either piece immediately if it feels too hot, too cold, uncomfortable, damp, damaged or gives off a scorched odour.
To clean
Remove and wash the outer cover only, then hang dry. Do not wash, soak or submerge the flaxseed-and-herb insert. Do not use again until the outer cover is completely dry.
Important safety notice
Use only as directed. Zen Collection cannot accept responsibility for burns, cold-related injury, material shrinkage or product damage caused by overheating, prolonged freezing, improper washing or failure to follow these care instructions.
