During holidays, promotional periods, high-volume sales events, or other periods of increased order volume, processing may take longer.

Carrier transit time is additional and begins only after your order has been dispatched. Carrier delivery estimates are also not guaranteed by Zen Collection.

If your order is a gift, needed for a specific date, or otherwise time-sensitive, we strongly recommend contacting Zen Collection before placing your order to discuss current processing expectations.
