Howlite Heart Necklace
If your mind never really quiets down — racing thoughts at night, tension you carry in your shoulders all day, a constant low hum of stress that won't let up — you know how exhausting it is to never feel truly at ease. That kind of mental noise wears you down over time, making patience feel impossible and rest feel out of reach. The Howlite Heart Necklace works directly with that energy, gently cooling an overactive mind and bringing you back to a calm, grounded centre so you can actually breathe again.
