To use Hem Protection Incense, begin by placing your incense stick securely in a heat-safe holder positioned on a stable, flat surface. Hold a flame to the tip of the stick for 10 to 15 seconds until a small ember forms and the tip begins to glow. Gently blow out the flame and allow the fragrant smoke to rise freely. The stick will burn slowly for approximately 45 to 60 minutes, releasing its warm, resinous aroma throughout your space. Allow the ash to fall naturally into your holder or onto a heat-safe tray beneath it, and never leave a burning stick unattended.
Safety is an important part of any mindful practice. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated room to allow fresh air to circulate alongside the smoke. Use only a proper, stable incense holder designed to catch falling ash and support the full length of the stick. Keep burning incense away from curtains, paper, candles, and any other flammable materials.
