Once the tip is burning steadily, gently blow out the flame and set the stick securely in a heat-resistant incense holder. The tip will continue to smolder beautifully, releasing a warm, grounding stream of aromatic smoke that can fill your space for approximately 45 minutes. Place your holder on a stable, non-flammable surface and allow the fragrance to drift naturally throughout your environment as you settle into your practice.

Use only a proper, stable incense holder designed to catch ash safely, and never leave a burning incense stick unattended. When your session is complete, confirm the stick has fully extinguished before leaving the room.
