To use your Satya English Lavender incense, begin by placing a single stick securely in a heat-safe incense holder on a stable, flat surface. Hold a lighter or match to the very tip of the stick for a few seconds until the end catches and begins to glow with a small flame. Gently blow out the flame and you will see the tip transition into a softly glowing ember, releasing a steady, fragrant ribbon of smoke. Allow the stick to rest undisturbed in its holder and let the warm, herbaceous lavender aroma gradually fill your space. Each stick offers approximately 40 to 45 minutes of continuous burn, giving you a generous window for meditation, reflection, or a calming evening ritual.
Safety is an important part of any mindful practice. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated room to allow fresh air to circulate alongside the aromatic smoke. Use only a proper, heat-safe incense holder designed to catch falling ash, and place it on a surface away from curtains, paper, fabric, or any other flammable materials. Never leave burning incense unattended, and always keep it out of reach of children and pets. If you need to extinguish a stick before it has fully burned, dip the glowing tip briefly in water to ensure it is completely out before leaving the space.
