To begin your ritual with Satya Frankincense Incense, place one stick securely in a heat-safe incense holder or burner, ensuring the uncoated bamboo end is held firmly in place with the tip angled slightly upward. Using a match or lighter, carefully ignite the very tip of the stick and allow it to catch a small flame for a few seconds. Gently blow out the flame so that the tip begins to glow with a soft ember, releasing its warm, resinous smoke into your space. Allow the fragrant smoke to flow naturally, filling your environment with its grounding, earthy aroma. Each stick burns for approximately 45 minutes, offering an extended window for deep practice and sacred ritual.
Safety is an important part of any mindful practice. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated room to allow fresh air to circulate alongside the fragrant smoke. Use only a proper, stable incense holder designed to catch falling ash and prevent contact with surfaces.
