To use your Satya Lemongrass Incense, hold the stick at the uncoated end and bring a flame to the tip, allowing it to catch and burn for 10 to 15 seconds until a small, steady ember forms. Gently blow out the flame so the stick begins to smolder, releasing its bright, citrus-herbal smoke into your space. Place the glowing stick securely in a proper incense holder designed to catch falling ash, and set it on a stable, heat-safe surface. The stick will burn for approximately 45 minutes, filling your environment with its invigorating and uplifting energy.
Safety is an important part of any mindful practice. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated room to allow fresh air to circulate alongside the fragrant smoke. Never leave burning incense unattended, and keep it well away from curtains, paper, fabric, and any other flammable materials. Ensure your incense holder is placed on a heat-resistant surface, and always position it out of reach of children and pets. If you wish to extinguish the stick before it burns completely, simply dip the lit end into a small cup of water until the ember is fully extinguished.
