Using a lighter or match, gently ignite the very tip of the stick and allow it to hold a small flame for approximately 10 to 15 seconds. Use only a proper, heat-safe incense holder that is designed to catch falling ash and keep your surfaces protected. Never leave burning incense unattended, and ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving the room or going to sleep. Keep lit incense well out of reach of children and pets, and place your holder away from curtains, paper, fabric, and any other flammable materials.
