Payments & Billing
Here's how payment works when you shop online at zencollection.ca.
Payment methods we accept online
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear at checkout on devices that support them.
Secure checkout
- Our checkout is provided by Shopify, which is certified to the highest level of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS Level 1).
- Your payment details are encrypted. We never see or store your full card number; we only see the card type and its last four digits.
Currency and taxes
- Our prices are in Canadian dollars. Shoppers in the United States see prices in US dollars.
- Taxes are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
- If your card is in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
When you're charged
We process your payment when you place your order. If we cancel an order or an item, we refund that amount to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
Order checks
To protect our customers, some orders are reviewed before they're prepared. We may contact you to confirm details, and we may cancel an order that appears fraudulent, with a full refund.
