Founded in 2019, Zen Collection is a family-owned Canadian metaphysical store and crystal shop. Growing demand led us to open our downtown Barrie storefront in 2025, giving our customers a place to explore Zen Collection in person.

Shipping: Some products require additional processing time because they may be handmade or individually prepared, sourced through one of our suppliers or distributors, or otherwise require additional preparation before dispatch.

This can include, but is not limited to, tarot and oracle decks, books, select singing bowls and other sound-healing instruments, handmade bracelets and malas, and other supplier-sourced or individually prepared products.

Supplier-sourced products may be fulfilled from Zen Collection's available inventory or sourced through one of our suppliers or distributors after your order is placed. When a supplier-sourced item is not physically on hand, please allow approximately 3–15 business days before dispatch, excluding weekends and holidays. This is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery timeframe.

Handmade bracelets, malas, and other handmade or individually prepared products may also require additional processing time for making, assembling, sizing, restringing, finishing, or other preparation before they are ready to dispatch.

Website availability or an “In Stock” status may include inventory available through our supplier or distributor network and does not necessarily mean the item is physically on hand at our Barrie store or ready for immediate dispatch.

Supplier inventory and lead times can change without notice. Products may occasionally become temporarily unavailable, backordered, allocated, delayed, discontinued, reprinted, revised, repackaged, or otherwise affected by supplier-side changes.

During holidays, promotional periods, high-volume sales events, supplier delays, or other periods of increased demand, sourcing, handmade preparation, order processing, and dispatch may take longer than the usual estimates.

Carrier transit time is additional and begins only after your order has been dispatched. Carrier delivery estimates are also not guaranteed by Zen Collection.

If your purchase is a gift, needed for a specific date, or otherwise time-sensitive, please contact Zen Collection before placing your order. We strongly recommend ordering well in advance rather than waiting until the last minute.

Zen Collection cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date and does not accept rush-order requests or guarantee priority sourcing, making, preparation, or processing.

Returns: All sales are final. Damaged, broken, incorrect, missing, or otherwise qualifying problem orders are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.
