To begin your energizing ritual, select the incense stick that best matches your intention in the moment — reach for Eucalyptus when you need to sharpen your focus, Tangerine when you're ready to ignite your creative fire, Lemon when your spirit needs a lift, or Spearmint when the afternoon calls for a fresh burst of renewal. Hold the uncoated tip of the stick to a flame and allow it to catch for about 10 to 15 seconds until a small, glowing ember forms. Gently blow out the flame and set the stick securely into a heat-safe incense holder placed on a stable, non-flammable surface. As the fragrant smoke begins to curl and rise, take a slow, deep breath and allow yourself to arrive fully in the present moment.
Burning incense is a beautiful practice, and keeping it safe ensures your ritual remains a peaceful one. Always burn your incense in a well-ventilated room to allow fresh air to circulate freely. Use a proper incense holder designed to catch any falling ash, and place it away from curtains, papers, fabrics, or anything flammable. Never leave burning incense unattended, and always ensure sticks are fully extinguished before leaving the room. Keep incense, holders, and lit sticks out of reach of children and pets at all times. A mindful setup honours both your space and everyone sharing it with you.
