Using Your Tuning Fork (194.18 Hz):

• Hold the tuning fork by its stem (not the tines) and strike the rubber-tipped mallet firmly against the tines to activate the 194.18 Hz frequency.
• Hold the vibrating fork near the Root Chakra area (base of the spine / perineum) and allow the sound to resonate for 30–60 seconds.
• Repeat 2–3 times per session, breathing deeply and setting a clear intention for Root Chakra balance.

Using Your Singing Bowl (5"):

• Place the bowl on its brocade cushion on a flat, stable surface.
• Strike the rim gently with the wooden mallet to produce an initial tone, then slowly circle the mallet around the outside rim to sustain the sound.
• Allow the overtones to fill the space for 1–3 minutes. You can place the crystals around the bowl or on your body while playing.
