Natural Variation Note: As hand-crafted items, each singing bowl may have minor variations in finish, tone, and appearance. These are not defects — they are a natural result of the process and add to the character of each piece.

The Root Chakra (Muladhara) governs safety, security, physical grounding, and survival instincts. When this energy centre is balanced, you experience a deep sense of safety, physical vitality, financial stability, and calm presence in the body.

• Tuning Fork (194.18 Hz — Note C): Delivers a precise, focused frequency that directly entrains the Root Chakra. The vibration penetrates deeply, helping to clear stagnant energy and restore the centre to its natural resonant state.
• Singing Bowl (5" — Root Chakra): Produces rich, layered overtones that fill the surrounding space with Root Chakra frequencies. The sustained resonance supports a meditative state and allows the body to absorb healing vibrations over time.

Affirmation: "I am safe, grounded, and deeply rooted in the present moment."

Using Your Tuning Fork (194.18 Hz):

• Hold the tuning fork by its stem (not the tines) and strike the rubber-tipped mallet firmly against the tines to activate the 194.18 Hz frequency.
• Hold the vibrating fork near the Root Chakra area (base of the spine / perineum) and allow the sound to resonate for 30–60 seconds.
• Repeat 2–3 times per session, breathing deeply and setting a clear intention for Root Chakra balance.

Using Your Singing Bowl (5"):

• Place the bowl on its brocade cushion on a flat, stable surface.
• Strike the rim gently with the wooden mallet to produce an initial tone, then slowly circle the mallet around the outside rim to sustain the sound.
• Allow the overtones to fill the space for 1–3 minutes. You can place the crystals around the bowl or on your body while playing.

Combining Both Tools:

• Begin with the tuning fork to open the energy centre, then transition to the singing bowl for a sustained, immersive sound bath.
• Place Black Tourmaline and Red Jasper near the bowl or on the corresponding chakra point to amplify the session.

Shipping: Some products require additional processing time because they may be handmade or individually prepared, sourced through one of our suppliers or distributors, or otherwise require additional preparation before dispatch.

This can include, but is not limited to, tarot and oracle decks, books, select singing bowls and other sound-healing instruments, handmade bracelets and malas, and other supplier-sourced or individually prepared products.

Supplier-sourced products may be fulfilled from Zen Collection's available inventory or sourced through one of our suppliers or distributors after your order is placed. When a supplier-sourced item is not physically on hand, please allow approximately 3–15 business days before dispatch, excluding weekends and holidays. This is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery timeframe.

Handmade bracelets, malas, and other handmade or individually prepared products may also require additional processing time for making, assembling, sizing, restringing, finishing, or other preparation before they are ready to dispatch.

Website availability or an “In Stock” status may include inventory available through our supplier or distributor network and does not necessarily mean the item is physically on hand at our Barrie store or ready for immediate dispatch.

Supplier inventory and lead times can change without notice. Products may occasionally become temporarily unavailable, backordered, allocated, delayed, discontinued, reprinted, revised, repackaged, or otherwise affected by supplier-side changes.

During holidays, promotional periods, high-volume sales events, supplier delays, or other periods of increased demand, sourcing, handmade preparation, order processing, and dispatch may take longer than the usual estimates.

Carrier transit time is additional and begins only after your order has been dispatched. Carrier delivery estimates are also not guaranteed by Zen Collection.

If your purchase is a gift, needed for a specific date, or otherwise time-sensitive, please contact Zen Collection before placing your order. We strongly recommend ordering well in advance rather than waiting until the last minute.

Zen Collection cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date and does not accept rush-order requests or guarantee priority sourcing, making, preparation, or processing.
