Energy Strands by Denise Linn takes you on a deeply personal journey into the invisible web of energetic connections that shape your daily life. From the bonds you share with loved ones and the lingering ties to past relationships, to the subtle impressions left by the places you inhabit and the lifetimes that came before, this book illuminates the hidden forces that influence your mood, vitality, and sense of self. Denise Linn weaves together shamanic tradition and accessible modern techniques — including breathwork, visualization, sound healing, and dowsing — to help you see your energetic landscape with new clarity and meet it with intention and compassion.

This book is a meaningful companion for anyone standing at a crossroads — navigating a relationship shift, stepping more fully into a healing path, or simply sensing that something unseen has been weighing on their spirit. It speaks equally to those just beginning to explore energy work and to seasoned practitioners looking to deepen their understanding of cord dynamics and personal protection. If you are someone who feels things deeply, absorbs the energy of others easily, or has been searching for a structured and soulful approach to reclaiming your energetic sovereignty, Energy Strands was written with you in mind.

By the time you turn the final page, you will carry with you a rich collection of practical tools and rituals — cord-cutting ceremonies, protective shielding techniques, space clearing practices, and guided meditations — along with a renewed sense of your own energetic boundaries and inner strength. More than a how-to guide, this book offers a framework for living with greater awareness and intention, helping you consciously choose which connections to nurture, which to release, and how to move through the world feeling grounded, protected, and wholly yourself.

Founded in 2019, Zen Collection is a family-owned Canadian metaphysical store and crystal shop. Growing demand led us to open our downtown Barrie storefront in 2025, giving our customers a place to explore Zen Collection in person.

Whether you’re choosing your first crystal, finding a thoughtful gift or adding something meaningful to your everyday routine, you can shop online or visit us in store. Discover crystals, crystal jewellery, tarot and oracle decks, and meditation essentials, all from the same independent business.

Shipping: Some products require additional processing time because they may be handmade or individually prepared, sourced through one of our suppliers or distributors, or otherwise require additional preparation before dispatch.

This can include, but is not limited to, tarot and oracle decks, books, select singing bowls and other sound-healing instruments, handmade bracelets and malas, and other supplier-sourced or individually prepared products.

Supplier-sourced products may be fulfilled from Zen Collection's available inventory or sourced through one of our suppliers or distributors after your order is placed. When a supplier-sourced item is not physically on hand, please allow approximately 3–15 business days before dispatch, excluding weekends and holidays. This is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery timeframe.

Handmade bracelets, malas, and other handmade or individually prepared products may also require additional processing time for making, assembling, sizing, restringing, finishing, or other preparation before they are ready to dispatch.

Website availability or an “In Stock” status may include inventory available through our supplier or distributor network and does not necessarily mean the item is physically on hand at our Barrie store or ready for immediate dispatch.

Supplier inventory and lead times can change without notice. Products may occasionally become temporarily unavailable, backordered, allocated, delayed, discontinued, reprinted, revised, repackaged, or otherwise affected by supplier-side changes.

During holidays, promotional periods, high-volume sales events, supplier delays, or other periods of increased demand, sourcing, handmade preparation, order processing, and dispatch may take longer than the usual estimates.

Carrier transit time is additional and begins only after your order has been dispatched. Carrier delivery estimates are also not guaranteed by Zen Collection.

If your purchase is a gift, needed for a specific date, or otherwise time-sensitive, please contact Zen Collection before placing your order. We strongly recommend ordering well in advance rather than waiting until the last minute.

Zen Collection cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date and does not accept rush-order requests or guarantee priority sourcing, making, preparation, or processing.
