Scent Note: Scent is a deeply personal experience — what smells bold and earthy to one person may feel light and sweet to another. Every nose is different, and that is completely normal. Scent intensity and character may also vary slightly between batches due to the handcrafted nature of these incense products. If you have ordered multiple scents, we recommend storing and airing each box in a separate area, as aromas can mingle during shipping.
To use your Evil Eye Defense Incense sticks, begin by selecting a calm, intentional moment for your practice. Hold the incense stick between your palms and take a few deep breaths, calling in your intention for protection and energetic clarity. Light the tip of the stick at a gentle 45-degree angle and allow the flame to catch for a few seconds before softly blowing it out, leaving a steady, glowing ember that releases a continuous stream of sacred smoke. Rest the stick securely in a heat-safe incense holder placed on a stable, non-flammable surface, and allow the protective fragrance to fill your space with grounding, resinous warmth.
Safety is an important part of any mindful practice. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated room to ensure fresh airflow and to keep the smoke from becoming overwhelming. Never leave burning incense unattended, and make sure it is fully extinguished before leaving the room or going to sleep. Keep lit incense well out of reach of children and pets, and ensure that no flammable materials such as curtains, paper, or fabric are nearby. A dedicated incense holder or tray that catches falling ash is strongly recommended to protect your surfaces and maintain a safe, sacred space.
For a meaningful protection ritual, begin by dimming the lights and creating a quiet, undisturbed environment. As the smoke rises, visualize a brilliant shield of light forming around your body and your home, deflecting jealousy, harmful intentions, and negative energy back to the universe with love and firmness. You may choose to slowly walk through each room of your space, allowing the smoke to drift into corners and doorways where stagnant energy tends to gather. Pair your ritual with focused breathwork, protective affirmations, or quiet meditation to deepen your connection to the Third Eye and Solar Plexus chakras. This practice is especially powerful during times of transition, when you feel energetically vulnerable, or whenever you sense that outside influences are weighing heavily on your spirit.
