• Tuning Fork (221.23 Hz — Note A): Delivers a precise, focused frequency that directly entrains the Third Eye Chakra. The vibration penetrates deeply, helping to clear stagnant energy and restore the centre to its natural resonant state.
• Singing Bowl (5" — Third Eye Chakra): Produces rich, layered overtones that fill the surrounding space with Third Eye Chakra frequencies. The sustained resonance supports a meditative state and allows the body to absorb healing vibrations over time.
• Crystals (Amethyst, Lapis Lazuli, and Sodalite): Amplify and anchor the vibrational work of the sound tools, adding an additional layer of energetic support aligned with the Third Eye Chakra.

Using Your Tuning Fork (221.23 Hz):

• Hold the tuning fork by its stem (not the tines) and strike the rubber-tipped mallet firmly against the tines to activate the 221.23 Hz frequency.
• Hold the vibrating fork near the Third Eye Chakra area (centre of the forehead, between the eyebrows) and allow the sound to resonate for 30–60 seconds.
• Repeat 2–3 times per session, breathing deeply and setting a clear intention for Third Eye Chakra balance.

Using Your Singing Bowl (5"):

• Place the bowl on its brocade cushion on a flat, stable surface.
• Strike the rim gently with the wooden mallet to produce an initial tone, then slowly circle the mallet around the outside rim to sustain the sound.
• Allow the overtones to fill the space for 1–3 minutes. You can place the crystals around the bowl or on your body while playing.

Combining Both Tools:

• Begin with the tuning fork to open the energy centre, then transition to the singing bowl for a sustained, immersive sound bath.
• Place the Amethyst, Lapis Lazuli, and Sodalite near the bowl or on the corresponding chakra point to amplify the session.

Supplier-sourced products may be fulfilled from Zen Collection's available inventory or sourced through one of our suppliers or distributors after your order is placed. When a supplier-sourced item is not physically on hand, please allow approximately 3–15 business days before dispatch, excluding weekends and holidays. This is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery timeframe.

Handmade bracelets, malas, and other handmade or individually prepared products may also require additional processing time for making, assembling, sizing, restringing, finishing, or other preparation before they are ready to dispatch.

Website availability or an “In Stock” status may include inventory available through our supplier or distributor network and does not necessarily mean the item is physically on hand at our Barrie store or ready for immediate dispatch.
