Using Your Tuning Fork (852 Hz):

• Hold the tuning fork by its stem (not the tines) and strike the rubber-tipped mallet firmly against the tines to activate the 852 Hz frequency.
• Hold the vibrating fork near the Third Eye Chakra area (centre of the forehead, between the eyebrows) and allow the sound to resonate for 30–60 seconds.
• Repeat 2–3 times per session, breathing deeply and setting a clear intention for Third Eye Chakra balance.

• Place the bowl on its brocade cushion on a flat, stable surface.
