This ritual is best performed on a Thursday, which is traditionally associated with abundance and expansion, or during a new or waxing moon when energy supports growth and manifestation. Take your time moving through each step — this is not meant to be rushed.
- Clear your space before you begin. Open a window briefly to release stagnant energy, or use sound, smoke, or your own breath to cleanse the area where you will be working.
- Set up a small altar or clean surface. Place your four chime candles in appropriate holders. Arrange them in a row or a simple square — green to the left, gold to the right, orange in front of you, and citrine yellow at the back.
- Sit quietly for a few moments. Close your eyes, take three slow deep breaths, and allow yourself to release any tension or scarcity thoughts you are carrying. Let your body settle.
- Light the green candle first, and as you do, speak aloud or in your heart: I am open to the flow of abundance. Money moves toward me freely and easily.
- Light the gold candle next and say: I am worthy of prosperity. I receive with gratitude and grace.
- Light the orange candle and say: I take inspired action. I am creative, courageous, and capable of building the life I desire.
- Light the citrine yellow candle last and say: My intentions are clear. I align my thoughts, my energy, and my actions with abundance.
- Sit with the candles burning for as long as feels right. You may journal, visualise your goals, or simply be present. Allow yourself to feel what it would feel like to already be living in the abundance you are calling in.
- When you are ready to close, take a final breath and offer a simple statement of gratitude — for what you already have, and for what is on its way. You may let the candles burn down fully in a safe setting, or snuff them out and relight them across multiple sessions.
