To use this kit as a complete practice, begin by lighting the smudging stick on a heat-safe, fire-resistant surface and allowing it to catch a small flame before gently blowing it out so it smolders steadily. Always work in a well-ventilated space — open a window or door to allow air to circulate and energy to move freely out of the room. Walk slowly through your space, guiding the smoldering stick along corners, doorways, and windowsills while holding your intention clearly in mind. Never leave the smoldering stick unattended, keep it well away from children, pets, and anything flammable, and extinguish it fully in a heatproof dish or sand when you are finished. Once the air has settled, take your selenite wand and slowly sweep it through the room — moving from the corners inward — to help dissolve any lingering stagnant energy and reset the space to a calmer, lighter state.
With the space cleared, bring your black tourmaline and clear quartz into the practice. Hold the black tourmaline in your non-dominant hand and take a few slow breaths, allowing yourself to feel grounded and steady.
