This ritual is designed to be worked across a single session or spread across seven evenings, one candle at a time. Choose the approach that feels most aligned with your current practice and intention.
- Choose a quiet space and clear it physically before you begin. Wipe down your altar or working surface, remove clutter, and open a window briefly to allow stagnant energy to move out.
- Gather any tools that feel right for your practice — a candle holder for each chime candle, a lighter or matches, any crystals, herbs, or oils you wish to incorporate. This set works beautifully with black tourmaline, amethyst, or clear quartz placed nearby.
- Begin with the black candle. Hold it in your hands and speak your intention to clear and protect your space. Light it and say: I release what dims my power. I call in protection. My practice is sacred and my magic is real.
- Light the purple candle next and speak to your intuition: I trust what I know. I see clearly. My inner sight is sharp and true.
- Light the deep red candle and feel your will rising: I am powerful. I act with intention. My energy moves mountains.
- Light the orange candle and invite momentum: I create freely. I move forward with courage. My craft is alive in me.
- Light the white candle and open yourself to clarity and divine connection: I am aligned. I am guided. My highest self leads the way.
- Light the silver candle and honour your cycles: I flow with the moon. I trust the dark and the light equally. My wisdom deepens with every turn.
- Light the gold candle last and claim your radiance: I shine without apology. I am abundant, capable, and whole. My magic is a gift.
- Sit with all seven flames burning and spend a few minutes in stillness — meditating, journaling, or simply breathing and receiving. Allow the candles to burn down fully if it is safe to do so, or snuff them (never blow them out) and return to them across the following days.
- Close your ritual by placing both hands over your heart and offering gratitude — to the elements, to your guides, and to yourself for showing up to your practice.
