To use your Satya Nag Champa incense stick, begin by placing it securely in a heat-safe incense holder set on a stable, flat surface. Hold a flame to the very tip of the stick for a few seconds until it catches and begins to glow, then gently blow out the flame so the stick smoulders and releases its sacred smoke. The warm, earthy-sweet fragrance will begin to fill your space within moments, inviting a sense of calm and presence. If the stick goes out, simply relight and repeat. You may allow the stick to burn fully through its 45–60 minute burn time, or press the glowing tip into sand or ash to safely extinguish it when you are finished.
Safety is an important part of any mindful ritual. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated room to allow fresh air to circulate alongside the fragrant smoke. Use only a proper, heat-safe incense holder designed to catch falling ash, and place it on a surface away from curtains, fabrics, paper, and any other flammable materials. Keep incense out of reach of children and pets, and avoid burning it near anyone with respiratory sensitivities.
