Most items ship within 1 to 5 business days. Tarot and oracle decks, books, journals and singing instruments ship within 3 to 15 business days, because some titles are ordered from our supplier when you buy them. Carrier delivery time is added once it ships. These are our usual times, not guarantees, and busy periods such as holidays and sales can take longer, so please order early if you need it by a certain date.

We carry hundreds of titles, and some are ordered from our supplier when you buy them. We order yours right away and ship as soon as it arrives. If a supplier tells us it's delayed well beyond the usual time, we'll contact you so you can choose to wait, switch to another item, or cancel that item for a refund.

Yes, but only until we begin preparing it (packing it, or ordering any item in it from our supplier or publisher). Once we've started preparing your order, we can't cancel it. Email us right away with your order number. A cancellation is final once we confirm it by email.

Yes. Zen Collection is a crystal store at 12 Ross Street in Barrie, Ontario, open 11 am to 5 pm daily. You can shop in store or online, and choose free local pickup at checkout; orders with in-stock items are usually ready within 24 hours. Visit our Barrie crystal store.

Yes, to the United States. Rates are shown at checkout. Duties, taxes and brokerage fees on orders shipped outside Canada are the customer's responsibility and aren't refunded. Full details are in our Shipping & Local Pickup policy.

Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or within 14 days of purchase in our Barrie store. Tarot and oracle decks and books must be unopened. For an online order, email us first with your order number and we'll send instructions; return shipping is paid by the customer. Clearance items, gift cards, digital products, custom or made-to-size items and opened consumables can't be returned. Damaged, wrong or missing items are always covered when reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. See our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy.

In our Barrie store, yes, within 14 days of purchase. For an online order, return the item for a refund and place a new order for the one you'd like.

Please measure using the sizing guide on the product page before ordering; here's how to measure your wrist. Made-to-size pieces can't be returned. Unused jewelry in a standard size can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For some designs, we can also resize or restring for a fee; just ask.

Check around your door, mailbox and parcel locker, and with neighbours and building staff, then contact the carrier. Parcels marked as delivered and then stolen aren't covered, so please track your parcel and don't leave it outside unattended. If you're concerned about theft, contact us before your order ships and we'll arrange signature-required delivery for a small fee.

Contact the carrier and us right away, as soon as tracking stops updating or your parcel is past its expected delivery date, and no later than 30 days after your order date. We'll open an investigation with the carrier, and if the carrier confirms it was lost in transit, we'll refund you.

Refusing a delivery or not collecting a parcel isn't a way to cancel or return an order. If a parcel is returned to us unclaimed or refused, it's your responsibility to contact us to arrange a second shipment; a new shipping charge applies. We don't follow up on returned parcels. If you don't contact us within 30 days of the parcel arriving back with us, the order is forfeited and isn't refunded.

Natural crystals are one of a kind, so colour, pattern, shape and size vary within the range shown on the product page. If the listing says "representative photo" or "intuitively selected", you'll receive a similar piece chosen for you. If it says "Exact Piece", you receive the piece shown. Our pillows are cut and sewn by hand, so the part of the fabric pattern you see and its placement vary from piece to piece. Colours can also look different depending on your screen. These differences aren't defects.
