To use your Chakra Energy Cleansing Sticks, find a quiet space where you can move freely. Light the tip of the stick and allow it to catch a small flame before gently blowing it out so the herbs begin to glow and release their aromatic smoke. Hold the stick over a heat-safe dish or abalone shell to catch any falling ash, and slowly move through your space — room by room, corner by corner — allowing the rising smoke to shift the energy and reset the space around you. Always burn in a well-ventilated area by opening a window or door to allow both fresh air in and the released energy to move outward. Never leave a burning stick unattended, keep it well away from children, pets, and any flammable materials, and make sure it is fully extinguished before leaving the room.
