To begin your sensual ritual, select the incense variety that best aligns with your intention for the evening — whether that's awakening passion, deepening emotional connection, or simply surrounding yourself in an atmosphere of warmth and desire. Hold the stick by its uncoated end and bring a flame to the tip, allowing it to catch and burn for 10 to 15 seconds. Gently blow out the flame so the tip glows softly and begins releasing its fragrant smoke. Place the stick securely in a heat-safe incense holder, ideally one that catches any falling ash, and set it in your chosen space — a bedroom, a candlelit corner, or anywhere you wish to cultivate intimate energy. Allow the aroma to unfold naturally and fill the room over the course of 45 to 60 minutes.
As with all open-flame products, mindful safety is an important part of your practice. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated space to allow fresh air to circulate alongside the sacred smoke. Use only a proper, stable incense holder designed to support your stick and collect ash safely. Never leave burning incense unattended, and always ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving a room or going to sleep. Keep burning incense well out of reach of children and pets, and position your holder away from curtains, bedding, paper, or any other flammable materials. Practicing these simple precautions allows you to fully surrender to the ritual without distraction.
To deepen the spiritual experience, consider setting a clear intention before you light your incense. Take a few slow, grounding breaths, hold your chosen stick in both hands, and quietly reflect on what you wish to invite — whether that is greater intimacy with a partner, a stronger sense of self-love, or an awakening of your sacral chakra's creative and sensual energy. As the smoke begins to rise, allow it to serve as a visual anchor for your meditation or visualization practice. Returns: Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or of purchase in our Barrie store. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
