The Mountain is You

The Mountain is You takes readers on a profound inward journey, inviting them to explore the hidden roots of self-sabotage and understand why we so often stand in our own way. Brianna Wiest weaves together emotional intelligence, practical psychology, and soulful insight to help readers uncover the conflicting inner needs that drive patterns of resistance. Rather than treating self-sabotage as a flaw to be fixed, this book reframes it as a signal — a messenger pointing toward unresolved wounds, unmet needs, and untapped potential. The journey moves from honest self-examination through the release of old stories, arriving at a place of empowered, intentional living aligned with your truest self.

This book is a beautiful companion for anyone standing at a crossroads — those beginning their self-development path, seekers deepening an existing spiritual practice, or anyone navigating a season of change, grief, or reinvention. It speaks to the person who feels called toward something greater but finds themselves repeatedly pulled back by old habits or fears. Whether you are new to inner work or have been walking a conscious path for years, the wisdom in these pages meets you exactly where you are with compassion and clarity.

Readers walk away with a richer understanding of their own inner landscape — the beliefs, emotional patterns, and subconscious habits that shape daily experience. Through reflection prompts, practical exercises, and journaling invitations woven throughout the book, you gain tangible tools for redirecting old energy into genuine growth. Most meaningfully, The Mountain is You leaves you with a kinder, more courageous relationship with yourself and a clear sense of how to begin building the life you have always been capable of living.

Shipping: Some products require additional processing time because they may be handmade or individually prepared, sourced through one of our suppliers or distributors, or otherwise require additional preparation before dispatch.

This can include, but is not limited to, tarot and oracle decks, books, select singing bowls and other sound-healing instruments, handmade bracelets and malas, and other supplier-sourced or individually prepared products.

Supplier-sourced products may be fulfilled from Zen Collection's available inventory or sourced through one of our suppliers or distributors after your order is placed. When a supplier-sourced item is not physically on hand, please allow approximately 3–15 business days before dispatch, excluding weekends and holidays. This is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery timeframe.

Handmade bracelets, malas, and other handmade or individually prepared products may also require additional processing time for making, assembling, sizing, restringing, finishing, or other preparation before they are ready to dispatch.

Website availability or an “In Stock” status may include inventory available through our supplier or distributor network and does not necessarily mean the item is physically on hand at our Barrie store or ready for immediate dispatch.

Supplier inventory and lead times can change without notice. Products may occasionally become temporarily unavailable, backordered, allocated, delayed, discontinued, reprinted, revised, repackaged, or otherwise affected by supplier-side changes.

During holidays, promotional periods, high-volume sales events, supplier delays, or other periods of increased demand, sourcing, handmade preparation, order processing, and dispatch may take longer than the usual estimates.

Carrier transit time is additional and begins only after your order has been dispatched. Carrier delivery estimates are also not guaranteed by Zen Collection.

If your purchase is a gift, needed for a specific date, or otherwise time-sensitive, please contact Zen Collection before placing your order. We strongly recommend ordering well in advance rather than waiting until the last minute.

Zen Collection cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date and does not accept rush-order requests or guarantee priority sourcing, making, preparation, or processing.
