- Cleanse the Egg: Before using your yoni egg, it's important to cleanse it both physically and energetically. You can rinse it under warm water, cleanse it with a natural soap, or use a smudging method with sage or palo santo to clear any residual energy.
- Set Your Intention: As with any sacred practice, setting an intention is key. Whether you’re seeking emotional healing, physical strength, or spiritual connection, take a moment to sit with your intention before using the egg.
- Insert the Yoni Egg: Once centered, gently insert the egg. You can lie down or sit in a comfortable position. Since the jade egg is undrilled, there’s no string to pull on, so you can relax and let your body naturally engage with it.
