Intention-setting ritual before lighting: Hold the unlit candle, breathe deeply, and name what you wish to release. State aloud or in your head a short affirmation such as, “I release what no longer serves me and welcome clear light.” Visualize energy being transmuted as you light the wick. 2. Meditation or journaling companion: Light the candle at the beginning of a meditation or journaling session to deepen focus. Allow the herbal aroma to guide insights and make notes of any thoughts, images, or emotions that surface. 3. Space clearing or energy shift: Walk the candle around a room (on a heat-safe tray) moving clockwise to invite positive energy and counterclockwise to dispel it. Let the candle burn for 20–30 minutes in each space where you want to shift the atmosphere. 4. Gifting or altar placement: Place this Cleansing Candle on an altar, in a healing corner, or gift it to someone beginning a new phase—its white color and Reiki infusion make it a meaningful offering for purification and protection. #### Why Shop with Zen Collection At Zen Collection, we carry a beautiful selection of spiritual and intention candles — from chakra sets to ritual candles and artisan soy blends.
