Howlite Worry Stones

Howlite is known for its calming properties and ability to support emotional regulation. The gentle, cooling vibration of howlite supports sleep and rest, making it especially useful for those who experience racing thoughts or mental overwhelm. Many people use howlite to cultivate patience, enhance focus and concentration, and return to present-moment awareness during stressful situations.
